AC STANDARD SPECS
Bullet Operating Voltage: ±10% of rated voltage
Bullet Noise: Measured at rated voltage, 1 meter distance in an Anechoic chamber, background noise 16dBA Max.
Bullet Vibration Test: JIS C0040 Amplitude 1.5mm, Frequency 10 - 55Hz, 1 hr per axis: X, Z, Y
Bullet Shock Test: JIS C0041 Acceleration 100 G, Duration 6ms per axis: X, Z, Y
Bullet Insulation Class: E Class (UL: Class A)
Bullet Motor Structure: Shaded Pole Induction Motor/capacitor - run induction motor
Bullet Insulation Resistance: 100 Mohm Min. @ DC 500V
Bullet Dielectric Withstand Voltage: AC1800V for 3 sec. (< 0.5mA allowable, between lead and frame)

Installation Method:
For either the suction or exhaust type, horizontal, vertical or inclined installation can be selected.

Protection:
Motor burnout is prevented by the impedence system or thermal protection system, thus safety
is always insured.

Impedance System:
The fixed impedance of the coil keeps the specified temperature below that specified by the
insulation class of the motor coil.

Thermal Protection System:
The coil includes a bimetallic strip to control the connection switch. This operates to keep the
temperature below the specified insulation class.

Notes:
Additional performance requirements can be determined between manufacturer and customer, based on customer’s request.

DC STANDARD SPECS

2106KL, 2404KL, BM4515, BM5115, BM5125 and BM 6015 Series:
Acceleration 500 m/s2, Duration 11ms per axis: X, Y, Z
Bullet Noise: Measured at rated voltage, 1 meter distance in an Anechoic chamber, back ground noise 16dBA Max.
Bullet Insulation Class: E Class (UL: Class A)
Bullet Motor Structure: Brushless Motor (BLDC)
Bullet Insulation Resistance: 10 Mohm Min. @ DC 500V
Bullet Dielectric Withstand Voltage: AC700V for 1 sec. (< 0.5mA allowable, between lead and frame)

Installation Method:
For either the suction or exhaust type, horizontal, vertical or inclined installation can be selected.

Protection:
Motor burnout is prevented by locked rotor protection/automatic restart and polarity, thus safety is always insured.

Notes:
Additional performance requirements can be determined between manufacturer and customer, based on customer’s request. Wire gauge of AWG24 is standard. If a third lead wire is required AWG26 lead wire will be used.
